- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Smiling Place, Ewa Beach office service is not good. We originally had two appt. scheduled at 9a & 9:30a for my teens. We didn't get asked to check in, to go over what procedures would happen for my teen, nor were we asked if any were on any medication as a precaution if something is administered. We arrived at least 15min. early as most ask customers to do to allow ample time for any paperwork. I recrived a phone call the day before asking to move up the appointment by 30 min. At 8 :30a, yet were told to wait at least 15 min. because they were running late. My thing is, why call the us to come in earlier then have us wait?! They didn't ask if they were taking any meds. The receptionist seemed rude, like i was bothering her, like they were too busy, no time to attend to customers there, but could make phone calls. Poor customer service!!! Kunia office is much more customer service oriented, efficient, and pleasant to visit!!!April 16, 2017by Leina Danao
